5. lebih diutamakan yang mengerti siklus akuntansi dan mengerti konsep ERP

“Senior Engineer/Packaging Engineer” under R & D Function

This position is responsible for:
Developing packaging materials and methods for new products/ line extensions/ promotion efforts, improving the quality and cost/operational efficiency of existing packaging systems, and providing technical support/advise to product development personnel and other functional groups on packaging matters. He will lead the packaging initiatives for Southeast Asia and Taiwan Biscuit category and as maybe required, carry out packaging work in support of Indonesia Cheese category.

Job Requirements:
Education, qualifications and training :
* Minimum of BS in Food Science/Food Technology/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering; specialized training/education on packaging technologies is preferable

Experience or skills required:
* 4-6 years of relevant work experience, preferably from a multinational packaged-food Company; 2-3 years of projects and people supervision
* Excellent problem-solving skills, Creativity, innovation
* Ability to work well with others, and under varied cultural environments
* Ability to supervise, train and develop assigned staff
* Good communication skills

Specialized knowledge or skills required:
* Broad and detailed knowledge of packaging technologies and food processes
* Familiarity with sound application of the full product/packaging development sequence
* Ability to identify opportunities based on good understanding of markets, consumers and Packaging technologies
* Ability to plan and conduct short, medium and long-term projects, work on several projects
